23Hockey x Edge Lab Sports

During this special 23Hockey x Edge Lab Sports Holiday Performance Camp, players will start each day with 1 hour of high-intensity on-ice skills at ION, then have a short break to travel to Edge Lab Sports at Dulles Town Center for a next-level off-ice session.

At Edge Lab Sports, athletes train on Northern Virginia’s only hockey skating treadmill, work in the skills zone and shooting lanes, and get targeted feedback from experienced coaches who know what it takes to compete at the next level. 

This camp is perfect for players who want to:

• Build a more powerful, efficient stride
• Improve balance, edge control, and acceleration
• Get extra reps on shooting, puck control, and decision-making
• Come back from the holidays feeling sharper and more confident

Daily Format (Both Days – Dec 27 & 28):

On-Ice at ION: 1-hour skills session led by 23Hockey coaches

Transition Break: 1-hour window to move from ION to Dulles Town Center

Edge Lab Session: Focused hockey treadmill + skills work in a small-group environment

Group 1: 8U/10U

9AM -10AM: On Ice

11AM -1PM: Edge Lab

Group 2: 12U/14U

11AM -12PM: On ice

1PM-3PM: Edge Lab

Space is limited to just 20 skaters per group.
