Coach Grady Little is a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach with more than two decades of experience dedicated to developing players and advancing the game. With 17 years as a skills coach, Grady has worked with premier training organizations including Draft Choice Hockey, Cold Rush Hockey, and more. His expertise has helped shape the careers of more than 30 current NHL, AHL, NCAA, USHL, and NAHL players, solidifying his reputation as one of the region’s most trusted development coaches.

On the bench, Grady brings 15 years of coaching leadership to programs such as the Virginia Wild, Langley High School, Reston Raiders, and The St. James, where he has consistently instilled discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive.

As Head Coach and General Manager of the BTB Selects, Grady guided the team to major tournament victories winning the 2022 Pre-Draft Showcase Championship and the 2023 Chowder Cup Championship (Jr. A Elite). These prestigious events feature more than 75 teams of elite players ages 17–20, and his success with BTB Selects underscores his ability to prepare athletes for the highest levels of competition.

Grady also brings scouting and player evaluation expertise, having served as Regional Scout and Director of Scouting for the El Paso Rhinos (NAHL). His eye for talent and track record of promoting players to the next level reflect his lifelong commitment to player advancement.
