At 23 Hockey, we believe great players are built through great coaching. Our staff is made up of experienced professionals who have competed, coached, and scouted at the highest levels of the game — including the NHL, AHL, NCAA, USHL, and international leagues.
With a coaching philosophy rooted in skill development, discipline, and mentorship, our team is dedicated to helping players of all ages reach their goals. From beginners learning the fundamentals to elite athletes preparing for college or professional opportunities, we provide personalized instruction that develops confidence on the ice and character off of it.
Our coaches bring decades of combined experience across:
