Developmental Hockey

The 23Hockey Developmental Program is designed for young players (birth years 2013 and younger) who are ready to take the next step in their hockey journey. Whether your child is learning the game for the first time or looking to advance from house league into travel hockey, this program focuses on building a strong foundation of fundamental skills in a fun, positive environment.

Players will receive structured instruction in skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, and basic game play, all while developing confidence and a love for the sport.

The Developmental Program is the perfect way to prepare players to join their first house hockey team or gain the skills needed to move into travel hockey with confidence.

Fall 2025 Developmental Hockey

This program will encompass a 60-minute each week primarily focusing on building the fundamental skills of a hockey player. The instruction will be done in a positive environment helping the kids grow a love for the game, while also learning the essential skills of the game with structured teaching by professional coaches.

Each session will be led by an experienced professional coach with assistance from current Tier 1 and Tier 2 travel players giving back to the next generation of upcoming players. Skills will be taught in a weekly progression starting with skating and puck skills, and gradually advancing to position and game situational play.
