Derric Trudeau

Skating & Skills Specialist
Derric Trudeau brings nearly six years of elite-level skills coaching and four years as a ProStride Elite Skating instructor to the ice at 23 Hockey — offering players a seasoned, focused approach to development rooted in precision and progress.
Originally from Rockland, Massachusetts, Derric spent his playing days as a forward in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL), competing for the Adventure Athletics Seahawks during the 2017–2018 season. Since hanging up his skates as a player, he has immersed himself in coaching and training, serving as Head Skills Instructor at the Bay State Hockey League and leading specialized development programming at Bavis Ice Rink.
Recognized across the region for his technical expertise, Derric founded Trudeau Top‑Shelf Training, guiding players through targeted skills, skating mechanics, puck handling, and confidence-building drills — blending structure with energy for measurable improvement.
At 23 Hockey, Derric applies his refined coaching methods across our fall programming — whether in power skating clinics, small-group skill sessions, or developmental training. His commitment to detail and personalized guidance helps every player move quicker, skate smarter, and elevate their overall game.
